Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on merchandise.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@yourpilates.co.nz. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Equipment must be returned unused in the original packaging by courier to Your Pilates, 1 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, 0622, Auckland.
