I’ve always had issues with my health and fitness. Nothing has every really worked for me and I feel really uncomfortable exercising with other people around.
I started with a Your Pilates get fit programme - it was great for me because I could start really gently with 10 minute workouts. At first I did 2 a week, then 3 a week - and soon I was doing 10 minutes 5 days a week.
Starting slowly has meant that I’ve stuck at it and have a plan going forward.
