Ever since I had kids I have known I needed to do some exercise to get back into shape, but I just haven't had the time. Also, in honesty, I have felt too self conscious to work out because I have never felt so unfit and out of shape in my life.
I started Your Pilates two months ago and I am really excited because I'm actually seeing results, I have more energy and I am feeling better about myself.
The great thing about it for me is that I can do it at home when ever I have time and the there are lots of 10 minute workouts as well as the longer ones. I started with a programme of 10 minute workouts, which made it easy to fit into my day and gave me confidence that I could do it.
I love the clear directions from the trainers and the fact that you can see someone else doing what you are meant to be doing!
